Updates to py-cheeta, py-yenc and py-openssl [1 Attachment]

Hi all,

I'm hoping this place isn't a ghost town, because lots of people still use
Optware (perhaps it's time Optware split off onto a new project).

I have updated these packages to the latest version and provided a python
2.7 version of them. This will now allow people to run sickbeard and
sabnzbd on py27!
